The Bullseye Connection Gallery is pleased to represent Studio ARC, a collection of limited production glasswork from Australian artists Kirstie Rea and Scott Chaseling.
Canberra School of Art graduates, they bring together a depth of divergent skills - hers in kilnforming, his is blown glass - and meld the two into a completely new method of glass working.
Their curiously original "roll up" glassmaking technique perfectly serves the team's fresh ideas in color and form - to yield works that are an affordable cocky counterpoint to the traditionally slick European vocabulary of glass.
