Rose-Mary Faulkner

Rose-Mary Faulkner incorporates imagery within layered fused glass to explore connection to place and people, the environments we inhabit, and representations of bodies and objects as metaphors for lived experience. This is achieved using decals, photographing compositions, and curating images through digital manipulation. Transferring the decals to glass, the images are expanded beyond the original photograph through multiple fusings and coldworking.
